The red bean of Lucca is a variety to of good growth that can reach 50-60cmand maturation climb. The color of the pod is green, variously mottled red,while the dry seed has the following characteristics: medium-small size, shape slightly reniform tending to cylindrical, variable color for the different shades of red which can assume, and the different black mottling present on the skin; it goes well, from deep pink to bright red with some seeds almost completely black.
