An international festival in Lucca, Tuscany, entirely dedicated to artisan extra virgin olive oil of excellence.
The aim is to transform Lucca into a reference point for enthusiasts, industry professionals and the best Italian extra virgin olive oil producers, to create an event that has never been seen before and which will grow year on year to achieve increasingly ambitious goals.
This second edition will therefore feature conferences to explain how real extra virgin olive oil: healthy appreciated, promoted and purchased at the right price.
More than 30 of the best national producers will be present to showcase their new oils, giving all visitors the opportunity to purchase the new varieties.
Chefs, pastry chefs and artisans of taste will take turns presenting tasty creations paired with different Italian cultivars.
Tthanks to a collaboration with the Provincial Education Authority of Lucca and the Ministry of Education, the Accademia Maestrod'Olio will bring its expertise to schools, illustrating all the characteristics of a good choice.
